You’ll start by learning how to create a perfect California roll, then craft three custom rolls of your choice from a variety of fresh ingredients.

Each ticket includes:

·       Step-by-step instruction and live demonstrations

·       Use of a sushi-making kit, complete with cutting board, bamboo mat, chopsticks,

·       All ingredients needed to make your roll selections

·       Rolling Green: Cucumber & Avocado, Pickled Radish & Avocado, and Cucumber, Avocado & Carrot $65

·       Cooked & Classic: California Roll (imitation crab or cooked fish), Shrimp Tempura, and Sweet Potato $70

·       Raw & Ready: Tuna & Avocado, Spicy Tuna, and Spicy Salmon $75
